Beginning his career in 2001, Cullen has seen it all in the Charlotte real estate market. From amazing highs to the lowest of lows Cullen has helped clients navigate the ever changing market.
Cullen grew up in south Charlotte and attended Charlotte Latin School. From there he attended East Carolina University majoring in Business and Marketing. Early in his career he was an appraiser and as a result of that training he has the skills necessary to establish accurate valuations both with listing homes and helping buyers purchase. Cullen follows the golden rule and treats everyone like a friend. He negotiates hard, loves attention to detail and enjoys managing the process to take the stress off you.
Cullen and McNulty Realty are active community supporters of West Blvd Ministry and Beds for Kids. Cullen enjoys his role on the Board of Directors at West Blvd Ministry and volunteering weekly at Beds for Kids. He is committed to his faith, family and friends. In his free time he enjoys fishing, boating and cruising in his antique Bronco.
