After 18 years in the business, I started McNulty Realty in 2016 to provide a more personal experience for my clients. Often times the real estate process is complicated and it requires the problem-solving skills of your individual Broker. Conventional wisdom dictates that spring is the best time to sell a home. In spring, the holidays have past and outdoor spaces tend to look their best. And while spring is the season that sees the largest number of buyers, it’s also the season when inventories are highest. This means lots of competition, so if you’re going to sell in spring, you really need to get your property to stand out with effective marketing and staging.

How do I get my property to stand out?

The number one reason a property stands out is correct pricing. Going high and seeing what will happen is a common mistake seller’s make. Along with accurately pricing the property it needs to look its best first in pictures then in person. We have professional photographers and staging consultants that know exactly what to do.
