CHARITY SPOTLIGHT – BEDS FOR KIDS
Beds for Kids is very near and dear to my heart having served there for over 10 years. Their mission of serving children and families transitioning out of homelessness into homes of their own in incredible. Just this week I went on a delivery for a mother from another country who didn’t speak English. We delivered beds, dressers, living room couch and chair, dining room table, desk and other essentials. We spoke thru a translation app on my phone. In the end we prayed over her and she wept. She said it was so nice to have people that cared this much about her family given that she just moved here from another country and didnt know anyone. Impactful. Blessed to have the opportunity to serve her and it’s all made possible by Beds for Kids.

We strive to serve thousands of children and their families each year. Though the number beds and furniture delivered increases with each year, so does the number of people we are still having to turn down. Without the support of our community, we would not be able to continue advancing our mission of providing beds and essential furniture to children and their families in need.
